Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

TechoClip is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. We believe that access to information about technology should not be limited by ability, device, or assistive technology, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.

This statement reflects both the measures we have already implemented and the work we continue to do. Accessibility is built into our design and editorial process from the start, not added as an afterthought.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

“Conformance” means we strive to meet the guidelines’ success criteria. While we work toward full Level AA conformance across the entire Site, some older content may not yet fully meet every criterion. We treat any gap as a defect to be fixed.

Measures We Take

Assessment and Testing Methods

We evaluate the accessibility of our Site through a combination of methods. We perform manual checks using keyboard-only navigation and screen readers, run automated accessibility scanning tools during development, and review color contrast against WCAG thresholds. We also consider feedback from real users, which often surfaces issues that automated tools miss. Where we identify a problem, we log it and prioritize a fix.

Compatibility with Assistive Technology

TechoClip is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major assistive technologies, including the NVDA and JAWS screen readers on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android. The Site is built to work with current versions of major browsers—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge—and supports browser zoom up to 400% with proper content reflow.

If you use an older browser or assistive technology, some features may not work as intended. We recommend keeping your software up to date for the best experience.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are actively working to address the following:

We mention these limitations openly because transparency is part of our commitment. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, we want to know about it.

Third-Party Content and Advertising

Our Site displays advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdSense. While we design our own interface for accessibility, the content and behavior of third-party advertisements are controlled by the advertising networks and may not always meet the same standards. We continue to advocate for accessible advertising and choose partners that support accessibility where possible.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of TechoClip. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know:

When reporting an issue, it helps to include the page URL, a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through an alternative method if necessary.

Continuous Improvement

We conduct periodic accessibility reviews, train our team on best practices, integrate user feedback, and require all new content to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA before publication. Accessibility standards and assistive technologies evolve, and so does our Site. We are committed to maintaining and improving accessibility over time as part of our broader commitment to serving every reader.
